Replacement for Quality-Related Issues

Should you encounter any quality-related issues with your Kolumbo umbrellas and TSA lock, we'll promptly send you a replacement free of charge. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we're committed to ensuring that you always receive products of the highest quality.

 

Warranty Registration

To activate your Lifetime Warranty Policy, please ensure that your Kolumbo product is purchased directly from Kolumbo and registered under our warranty. Upon receiving your purchase, register your product on our website to enjoy the benefits of our warranty program.

 

How to Claim Your Replacement

In the event of a quality-related issue, simply email us at support@kolumbo.us with the following information:

Order Confirmation/Order ID

• Product Name/Title (if applicable)
• Brief description of the issue(s) along with picture(s) of the damage (if applicable)
• Our customer service team will guide you through the replacement process and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

 

Return Policy

We offer a free 30-day Return Policy for undamaged items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must be in their original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once the original item is received and processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Gift Exchanges

Gift exchanges are applicable with proof of purchase (Order Number) and are valid for products of equal or lesser value. If you received a Kolumbo product as a gift and wish to exchange it, please provide the Order Number to facilitate the exchange process.
